LITTER: Litter will be furnished. Bring your own litter pans, cat food and cages decorations.

CLERKS: Those willing and/or interested in Ring Clerking at the HHCC show are encouraged to check the appropriate line on the Summary Sheet. Compensations for Ring Clerks include $24.00 per day and lunch. (Please Do Not Deduct From Entry). Hoosier Hissers Cat Club reserves the right to select clerks according to experience.

SHOW HALL: Whitley County Fairgrounds - 4- H Building - 680 W. Squawbuck Road. Columbia City, IN. Map included with confirmations. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY

FOOD: People food will be available at the show hall.

TRANSFERS: Transfers will be taken by the Master Clerk during the show on Saturday. All Championship entries should be registered at the time of the show. No transfers will be accepted Sunday unless entered Sunday only. the show will be conducted according to the ACFA Show Rules.

Any open cat which receives 4 winners ribbons on Saturday must be transferred to Champion following the show on Saturday. The fee for Championship Confirmation is $5.00. Should the cat NOT be transferred, all wins received the following day will be forfeited.

AWARDS: Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with ACFA rules. Breed ribbons/cards will be awarded where available.

REGISTRATION PENDING: If you have applied for registration and not yet received a number, you may call ACFA Central Office at (417) 725-1530 to receive the number. The number must be given to the Master Clerk at the beginning of the show, or you will be charged a listing fee.

A $5.00 listing fee must accompany any adult entry that is unregistered with ACFA except HHP. The registration number, or "listed", must be indicated on the entry form. A winning listed cat must be registered with ACFA within 30 days of the show to retain its winnings.

ADVERTISING: Full Page - $50.00; $25.00 half page; $15.00 quarter page; $5.00 for business cards. $25 for full page ACFA club flyer

BOOTHS: Vendor tables are $50 for each front, $20 each side. Please contact Sylvia Braun for information and reservations. (260) 636-7797. Vendor space is limited.

SECURITY: There will NOT be security or a watchman on duty overnight. Neither the Hoosier Hissers Cat Club nor the Whitley County Fairgrounds will assume responsibility for any loss, damage or accident to cats or assume liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property.

VETTING: This is a non-vetted show. We strongly advise that all cats and kittens be immunized against Calci Virus, Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis, and Panleukopenia. Any entry from a cattery or house where there has been any contagious illness within 21 days prior to the opening day of the show will be prohibited from entering the show hall. Please clip nails as a courtesy to our judges. A $5 fee will be charged for any cat needing nails clipped. Any cat which show any signs of contagious disease will be removed from the show hall.
